Re: [Ext] Simple Mail
Hello:
I'm new here and excuse me if I fail protocol, but I need some help with SimpleMail V.2.85 which, outside of my problem is great.
My problem is when I try to either send a new mail or forward a received mail to more than one addressee, only the first addressee gets the new mail or the forward. I was under the impression that, if I separated recipients by "comma", I could send all at once. I have resorted to doing each email individually because I find everthing else about SimpleMail excellent.
Can you please help with this as individualizing is very tedious. My emai server is with Comcast (smtp.comcast.net) and is set to non-ssl/starttls, port 25. Is there some special template for entering multiple recipients?
Is there by chance a turtorial somewhere that can educate me?
Thank you in advance for assistance.

Re: [Ext] Simple Mail
File attachment is not working anymore.
When I choose a TXT file, only the name of the file is attached at the end of the message (instead of the 'link', when the addon was working fine). When I choose other kinds of files (PDF, DOC etc.), nothing happens
Any tip?
Thanks in advance.

Re: [Ext] Simple Mail
My bad. Yesterday everything was normal again. I don't know what happened before. But, if it's ok now, it's everything ok.
Another comment: version 15 of Opera browser was just announced and the huge news is that the browser doesn't have M2 (its traditional own mail client) anymore. Opera is developing a software just like Mozilla Thunderbird. I've used Opera for 10 years especially because of its internal mail client. Now it's PaleMoon+SimpleMail... Opera RIP.

Re: [Ext] Simple Mail
hi,
according to this page (https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/2937) , this is not a SimpleMail bug but a Firefox embeded PDF reader bug.
You can try to update the PDF reader on this page : https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js
Choose the Development Version
http://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/extensions/firefox/pdf.js.xpi
Work for me

when mails are deleted?
Hi,
I wanted to remove Simple mail on one of my computers, and accidently pressed YES to DELETE all messages upon removing the plugin.... Doh!!!
what happens to the deleted emails? Does Simplemail put them somewhere special - a special folder or?
Kind regards,
Elsia

When you uninstall simplemail it does not ask you if you want to delete all messages ....
however, mails are stored in a SQLite file in the SimpleMail directory located in your Firefox profile.
