It was disabled when I tried, but enabling it does nothing. The site uses the Mozilla activeX object to allow Firefox to use the WMP 10 object. I'm not sure why Adblock even cares about this when it is disabled though.

The site works in IeTab so I guess that is a workaround or I can use AOL's own player. The video is DRM protected which is why WMP 10 is required and since WMP 10 is only available in XP, XP is required as well.

If you're using the alphas, you should be smart enough to get around that yourself. If not, maybe you shouldn't be using the alphas to begin with.

I tried the latest version, but I have no space for an extra icon on the toolbar.
Is there an option to bring the Adblockable Items window under Tools again?
Also: I miss the Add Filter option on the bottom of the Adblockable Items window and I don't see an option to copy and paste the element to the preferences window in order to block the element.
Maybe stupid questions, but after two years of using Adblock I really lost the way now :?
Is there anyone who can show me the light? :D

Maybe you should be here?
Just about no one checks this topic any more, who actually has anything to do with that kind of stuff anyway.
P.S. To add a filter from the Blockable Items window, you can always just double-click the item.
P.P.S. In the "latest version," you can also get to the Blockable Items via View>Sidebar>Adblock Plus (how I do it).

I've made another release of Adblock Plus 0.5 to fix a potential security flaw so I suggest everyone still using this version to update immediately. Thanks for pointing out the memory leak issue JasnaPaka, should be fixed in the new release.

Thanks a lot for the info mcm_ham, your Adblock Plus (0.5.11.3) is my favorite one.

It's time to upgrade.

I am the bone of my firefox.Source is my body, and library is my blood.I've created over a thousand of builds.Unaware of notice.Nor aware of warning. With stood pain to create binaries.Waiting for one's download.I have no regrets. This is the only path.My whole life was "Unlimited build works"
