[Ext] PrefBar 6.2.2 released

This new PrefBar version fixes a problem with the plugin toggle checkboxes on Firefox 23. The plugin toggles now work again and with Firefox 23 and above you may change how the plugin toggles work with the new preference "preferences.plugintoggle.mode".

Prefbar has been broken by Australis in the latest nightly. There appears to be space for the Prefbar toolbar (i.e. I can toggle it on and off) but nothing is being displayed on that toolbar -- it is just a blank space.

The problem with broken customizable toolbars is fixed in latest Firefox nightly.

There are still some smaller problems with PrefBar 6.2.2 and Australis. Many of them are already fixed on GIT and will be part of the upcoming PrefBar 6.3 release.

Just downloaded the latest nightly. Hallelujah! Now it doesn't seem so crippled
