[Bug report]keLston wrote:This addon since the update has been causing Firefox to crash.
I don't know if this is due to the update to FF 27 or the update to S3 1.16 but there is a conflict here somewhere.
position of options window works in once every two times and is undraggable (normally without using external script that is) but with auto hot key script which can drag windows without title bar i could drag the window below.....not even a minor bug but wanted u to know...

Steps to reproduce
Prerequisite:Open default library by pressing ctrl+shift+b and then select downloads.
1)download any thing
2)pause halfway
3)try to cancel/delete the incomplete download simply wont work
4)go back to firefox default downloads library and delete from there which gets deleted instantaneously

Re: [EXT] Download Manager (S3)
Firefox can natively do this so users who are going to transition from native downloads library to S3 downloads library IMHO would be more comfortable if they were to find features that were already present in native ff downloads library to be present here as well786mozillaline687 wrote:[functionality report] Paused files cannot be deleted.....can u have a look at it?

Re: [EXT] Download Manager (S3)
@pag77: judging from the sceenshots in the other thread, sepaweh is apparently having issues when ImTranslator 10.12 and Download Manager (S3) 4.07 are both installed, and when he tries to use drop-down menus to modify highlighted text in a BBCode field.
Normal behavior: http://i.giphy.com/3oz8xVaUQxTwBKCukw.gif
Bug; when both add-ons are enabled, drop-down menus don't appear: http://i.giphy.com/3oz8xDubjToruGjoQ0.gif
Unrelated; here's a minor bug with DM(S3), to keep you busy:
1. you start a download from a source,
2. while the download is in progress, you start another download with the same name from another source*, and choose to overwrite the download in progress with that new file.
Result: when you check the item on the bar (and, I guess, in the custom download library as well), the tooltip displays the address of the first source.
Expected behavior: the address should be the one of the second source.

Re: [EXT] Download Manager (S3)
I have a problem with this addon in FF 38.8.0 ESR - since I had to restart my browser with addons disabled, and later started normally again.
Since this restart, downloads no longer show up in download manager (s3). All settings appear to be as I had them.
Also, Ctrl+J no longer opens the built-in downloads list.
I tried similar addons (there is another download statusbar meanwhile, which I also tried a while ago) - same result.
SOmething must have been broken by restarting FF with addons disabled, since then the addon no longer works.
I'm clueless and hope you have an idea (something in about:config etc.) so I won't need to do a complete fresh install with all addons and settings, that would take days.
Kind regards,
Peter

Re: [EXT] Download Manager (S3)
Hi,
Thanks for this awesome extension, it's quite an improvement over the old Download Statusbar (which I loved).
I just have one small request. When the Downloads Library opens in a separate window, it has a default width and height. It would be great if I could resize it and have it remember that size. It's a feature I have come to expect of most applications.
EDIT: Apparently, that can be done using the persist attribute of window.
