I repeated the problem with NoScript on Firefox Nigthly! I will seek to solve the problem ...

my apologies, but complete control over by the toolbar-context-menu does not make sense since it is dynamically generated each time you open the menu.
therefore does not work renaming/moving and available only hide the menu that convenient to do from Configure-on-the-fly

it seems that the problem with MainContextMenu - this is problem in Firefox
since in FirefoxNightly 34.0a1 problem no longer exists
I suggest to wait until the official release 32.0 :)

added: special conditions of the algorithm for the NoScript - disable Configure menu on the fly
added: auto-displayed the button "Configure this menu" if pressed "Ctrl + Right click mouse"
added: auto-hide first element in context-menu if this menuseparator

Cool but the bookmarks doesn't seem to work for the bookmarks sidebar. The changes don't appear in the actual context menu. Reordering, renaming disabling, neither are applied.

Ah. Ok. You said "Bookmarks panel" and I thought you meant the bookmark sidebar (ctrl+b)... I see you meant the toolbar, which I don't use.
Also Items appear in the list that only function for the sidebar/library, which made it more confusing. eg: This extensions menu item https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... nt-folder/
