I only installed this because I can not find a decent text-to-speech addon for firefox. Please, help me. Is it possible to change the voice when you play text on a webpage ? That woman voice is really annoying. Answer would be greatly appreciated.

I'm author, I know - there was a misunderstanding with the moderators.
Please wait for the approval of the new version in the near future

Hello pag77,

Did S3.Translator get removed from the AMO again by any chance? The reason I ask is because I have been a long-time user of your add-on so I immediately noticed when setting up a new machine of mine that even though I was using the latest version of Firefox, the link you included in your post above me is now not only saying it is not compatible with Firefox Quantum but on the same link's add-on page it is saying the latest version is v5.35 when you said the latest version (v6.19) was available for download on the AMO on October 9 of this year (almost 2 months ago - and once again, I'm referencing your post above).

For clarity's sake, this is the link to your add-on that I am referring to: https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/s3google-translator/

I really enjoy using your add-on as it is very convenient and it saves me (and many others) a lot of time. So if you could, please respond with an update as soon as possible. I've already noticed I'm not the only one who is experiencing what I just described above; just take a look at the reviews on S3's add-on page.

Thanks in advance.

The translation window doesn't close.

Hi I have installed the latest update S3.Google Translator version 5.38 for Thunderbird version 60.3.2, and when I'm going to translate a selected text, the window is displayed, but then you can't close it.
could this failure be corrected?

Thank you.

Why S3.Translator has been remove from Firefox?
The installation page is broken.

Firefox is the name of the web browser and not a company or such as that would be Mozilla.

Not sure about the web extensions versions of S3.Translator, however the Legacy versions of Extensions made for the obsolete Firefox 56 and earlier including 52.9.0esr were removed from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/

The Legacy Extensions for Firefox that also worked on SeaMonkey are listed in https://addons.thunderbird.net/seamonkey/ like say
https://addons.thunderbird.net/seamonke ... ranslator/
