Not if you Download the file and use the Add-on Manager 'Install Add-on from File' option, or drag it into the SM Add-ons Manager?

I did it this way:

I chose download anyway.
Next:

https://s17.postimg.org/mltevk3mn/downl ... seafox.png
Then click on File>Open file and then you can download the extension.

This is what my SeaMonkey 2.49.1 looks like with Sea Fox and also the Classic Toolbar Buttons enabled.

While not perfect, it's very, very close on how I'd like my SeaMonkey browser to look.
And I'm not having any issues with it whilst browsing with SeaMonkey.
Hopefully, Patrick will be updating it or perhaps give us the css code.
