Hi Pag77, yes this is my translation but not the latest. The latest is for 2.2.4f --> http://www.camp-firefox.de/forum/viewto ... 73#p954373
It is also part of a list of German translations of extensions with incomplete or missing German translation:

I suggest not to connect to google servers every time forecast is updated as you mentioned by "S3.Google Translator", instead make local translation would be much better. Strings describing forecast generally do not change.

Re: [EXT] Forecastfox (fix version)
No. English strings can be fetched by some clever scripts. I can translate them to my language and hopefully users from other countries could also help with translation.
But, if you decide to use that google translator please add an option disabling it.

let's try S3.Google translator for users.
and if they do not like - we think further

Thank you very much for bringing this back. Could you tell me if there is a way to add it to the Addon Bar? Nothing I try will work.

Your efforts may be better spent by removing the minutes & fractions setting code altogether and replacing it with 0-120 seconds code so users don't have to convert from minutes to seconds when setting shorter intervals.
Probably because there is very little guarantee that a timer will actually run with that kind of precision in Firefox. A heavily-loading website or download could bog the interface down and there would be noticeable lag in the timer. With longer delay times, any UI lags wouldn't be noticed.[/quote]
The refresh interval is consistently fifteen seconds unless Firefox is badly bogged down such as when it runs out of memory or has too many hooks to Flash.
