I must have made a mistake as I can change the text now. How do I put a different image? Must I use a link to an image on the internet or can I use a file on my computer? I tried inserting the file path and name in the template but the image is not displayed... only the path I typed in.

I resent teamviewer information. My first email was not correct.

Seems like after machine restart. First browser launch opens Thank You page.

This page "Contribution" should be opened only once after upgrading the addon to a new version
I do not demand contributions!
This page only for notify users about the new changes.
If you scrolled down the page, you will see the news that changed/added/fixed in the current version of the addon.

you do not necessarily to pay.
just tell me "thank you" and tell about my addons to your friends :)

Opening this page every time you launch the browser - This behavior may be due to the fact that Firefox can not save preferences.
To solve the problem, try this:
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how ... -wont-save
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Preferences_not_saved

or

type in address bar: about:config
search: extensions.s3security.not_open_contribute_page
set: true

Yes, "Thank You". Thank You page open is only recent. I've run FWS without seeing Thank You page since last s3 update. Maybe, 49.0.2 triggered anomaly. Maybe, other extension bumped s3 preference. I do make a point to save Site Preferences. I'll watch now with > Value: true
We've talked before about contribution. I'm opposed to PayPal account. I'll allow pay thru PayPal. I'm opposed to creating PayPal account, as it appears, I need to with your PayPal arrangement.
Thanks

New Firefox (firefox 57) based on WebExtensions, which cloned from the API for Google Chrome

I did FoxWebSecurity for Google Chrome and now I'm waiting for when WebExtensions add all the necessary functionality

Hi
I have tried to run "firefox.exe -safe-mode", but if I try to reset the vale of "extensions.s3security.password_value", the system returns a popup message "This action has been locked by Fox Web Security addon!"

How can I bypass this?

P.S. Lesson learned: I will suppose to remember a password, without taking a note, any longer.....
