It doesn't ask me where to save it. Could be a bug in the Webextensions version I'm using. I did find it in my Temp folder however.

Supposed to be wherever it is that your downloaded files go.

Please submit any and all filter issues to uAssets or at EasyList forum.

If you are referring to the warning that uBO blocked a page from loading, this is completely unrelated to popup blocking. If you want a tab to automatically close, you need a popup filter. Submit your specific issue with all details at uAssets or EasyList forum, as mentioned above.

I don't want that warning anytime ubo prevents a page from loading..
It seems to be unfeasable at this time ? then the option would be nice.

There must be a bug because I don't get any dialog at all. I opened up an issue.

I'm using the latest beta version of uBO Webextensions. I am having a delay when playing some videos over at msn.com. I discovered that the domain fwmrm.net is the culprit. When I green light this domain there is a short video ad then the actual video. The length of the video ad seems to be the same length as the delay when the domain isn't allowed.

The domain comes from EasyList. I contacted those folks and they said the video plays fine for them. Now I am suspecting that the uBO version I'm running might be the cause and not the rule per se. I'm sure they aren't running the WE version. Here's one such video with the delay:

FWIW, Plays the MSN media for me with no delay when using ABP with their statndard filter list. The media plays from a cloud CDN which is Not blocked in the ABP list.

Not sure why, you should check other stuff that might be interfering like ghostery or whatnot; because it plays fine for me with no delays and I am using the latest. :-k

The video from this link plays just fine, and resolves to :
Code: Select all
http://prod-video-cms-amp-microsoft-com.akamaized.net/tenant/amp/entityid/AAoobOH?blobrefkey=103&$blob=1
Notice, technically not a M$ link anymore.

I get the delay. I also get the delay with:

- Firefox uBO non-webext
- Firefox Adblock Plus
- Chromium uBO
- Chromium Adblock Plus
- Chromium Adguard

Also, this has been reported before:

Those who said the video plays OK are not on Fx55 like me and gorhill. Perhaps it has something to do with Fx55? Those where it is working try Nightly if you can and see what happens.

BTW... I created a new profile with only uBO and only with EasyList. Same problem.

Same delay issue with Firefox 52. As said I also get the issue regardless of browser (Firefox, Chromium) or blocker which make use of EasyList. So it's a site vs. EasyList issue.

My thoughts also but the mod over at the EasyList forum says it works for him and that's the end of the story. Also, how about the others who commented on my problem and said the video plays right away?
