I've posted this extension on the Extensions Mirror, and I'll update it to include the new version. What version numbers should I use for reference?

Much better, but is there a way to disable the confirmation? Its bloody annoying....

Right click and open in IE does not function. The button at bottom is great though!

Suggestion:

Option to get rid of delay when right click view IE

Great plugin. I'm having one problem though. If I type in the address in the address bar and have the site set to always open in IE, Firefox will crash. Anyone else have this problem?

WFM, though earlier today I was having that problem so I re-installed ieview_ie_tab_mod_270.xpi and that has solved my problem.

Great idea. Why have you chosen to not make this a single extension? It shouldn't be difficult at all? I'm guessing it's licensing issues with the IEVIEW plugin?

Nice little extension, however it has a drawback. I moderate a website that doesnt work well in Firefox that has several pages that I need to access, the forward and back buttons dont work when you have the IE tab open.. Could you add this feature?

So is this new version bug-free, or should I continue using the older one?

copy from TW forum,

A version:
http://forum.moztw.org/files/ieview_ie_tab__645.xpi
- right click > open in IE , will ask you open in tabs or ie window..
- status bar icon

B version:
http://forum.moztw.org//files/ieview_312.xpi
- it can set open in tabs or IE window in option page

if anyone can combine them, it will perfect....:)
i am trying...

The open target in IE still does not work mate. Everything is great, but manually choosing open target in IE for Deer Park does nothing at all :(

you go to IE Tab option, tick the "open in ie tab" ,then it should be OK !
if you want IE windows, it can untick.

(i think the problem is the variable do not have default value...)

Firefox's back/forward buttons do not work for sites in the IE object yet, but IE's right click menu should have back and forward options so you can navigate that way.

Changed all instances of <code>gContextMenu.linkURL()</code> to <code>gContextMenu.linkURL</code> in ieviewOverlay.js.

Link doesn't work.
