Thanks very much for that. Just what I needed. Cheers. db.

One problem...the image as saved on ImageShack doesn't have a thumbnail view and such images would need to be selected by name which is awkward. How do I get ImageShack to display thumbs??
Great extension, much nicer to use than the official Quickload.
I have one small suggestion regarding the login feature. Currently displayed at the bottom right and in the user column is the id value e.g. a1b2c3d4e5f6a7b8c9d0e1f2, which apart from being ugly is generally meaningless (by that I mean, it isn't easy to remember which ID refers to a specific account). So my suggestion for ImageBot is to attach a name value to each login userID.
e.g. Logged into ImageShack as: bill - a1b2c3d4e5f6a7b8c9d0e1f2
and Logged into ImageShack as: ben - a7b8c9d0e1f2a1b2c3d4e5f6
and this would also be what is displayed in the user column of the upload center tree. You could infact not show the userID at all to make it look even tidier. What do you think?
It is a purely cosmetic change and I rarely use a second account myself but the idea just occured to me so I thought it was worth sharing.
Apologies if this is already possible, it took me ages to find out to log on to begin with (perhaps you could mention in the help page to click on the 'Logged into ImageShack as:' text cause it never occured to me to try until reading through 9 pages of this thread - am I slow?)

You can copy the url of the image and paste it into ImageBot's file picker.

Thanks very much for that. I'll try it out. Cheers! db.

Should Imagebot auto log in or do you need to log in manually??
On the Upload Center tab, next to the 'Upload Images' button is some text saying 'Logged into Photobucket as:'. Click on this text to bring up the login box where you can enter a username and password (register on photobucket first of course) and specify whether ImageBot should log in automatically.
Schuette and gonzorv. Thanks for your help thus far. Thanks to gonzorv, I now know how to log into Photobucket whilst on ImageBot's main page. Question now is can I paste image URL's into the file picker (which I assume is the address bar at the head of ImageBot's 'Float' page) and upload web images to Photobucket...coz I've tried and it doesn't seem to work. Any more help you guys, please?
The 'address bar' at the top of ImageBots page is actually a filter e.g. enter '/woot/' to just show images with 'woot' in their name - see the help page for more filter info.
What is meant by Imagebots file picker is the window which pops up when you click the 'Upload Images' button. Here, instead of browsing through your local folders for a picture to upload, you can just paste the full url of an online picture into the 'File name:' box and click open.
I'm not sure if they can be downloaded but if you go, from firefox, to 'Tools > Imagebot > Patcher' there are some options to upgrade or repair the templates. Try those.
For some reason, sometimes (most of the time) when I upload to photobucket.com the image will upload but no URL or thumbnail will appear in ImageBot. If i try to copy it is says in the status bar, 0 image(s) have been copied. Pasting does nothing. I can go into photobucket.com and it will show that it has been uploaded but I cant use any of the template codes from imagebot... any suggestions?
