Sensitivity in the extensions options menu
The sensitivity spinners don't override the about:config settings. Must go to about:config to alter pixel and hover time
thx for the extension

I was thinking that it would be awesome if I could hold down a button, like control for example, and have the status bar pop up as long as i was holding it or even just using the button as a toggle to make it pop back up or go back down.

I had been using this extension for a while, until I realized I could do what you're talking about with the keyconfig extension (search for it on this site). Now I just press my "s" key to toggle on/off the status bar.

Great extension for de-cluttering Firefox without loosing functionaliy!
One feature request: Add an option to show status bar while downloading (just like it can be down while page is loading).

Re: [Ext] autoHideStatusbar 0.3.9.5 [Nov 1st]
I have a suggestion: "flicker detection" There are some links on sites that re floating, or are adjusted to to the bottom of the screen. When hovering the bar appears... but this pushes the link away from the mouse, and the bar disappears. This repeats and creates a 'flickering' effect. Detection should occur after it flickers 3 times... then it stops (aka sets a timeout before it checks for a link again 3 seconds?)
Note: I know I can increase the timer... but then I would have to wait more for it for any link.
Example: Facebook Chat bar.

Hello, first of all I really like the add-on, I would like to make 2 requests though, they've been previously requested but I think that doing it again may emphasize the importance of them:
1)add a delay option (in seconds) to keep the status bar displayed before it hides.
2)add an option to show status bar while downloading something.
Thanks for keeping up the work on this great add-on.

I really like this add-on
it makes my 13'' screen laptop get more space to browse a webpage
but recently i figure it's cause a problem, when i enter a Flash game
(not the main page have to login the game)
the computer start to lag beause of AHS (I'm using FF 3.5.5 AHS 0.4.4)
Hope this problem can be fixed asap

Re: [Ext] autoHideStatusbar 0.3.9.5 [Nov 1st]
Every time Firefox starts up, the "Show status-bar icon" preference is ignored. I have to check and uncheck it every session for AHS to respect it.
Thanks for your time

Re: [Ext] autoHideStatusbar 0.3.9.5 [Nov 1st]
I'm running this on Ubuntu 9.10 and it appears that when I have floating option enabled and I hover over a link the statusbar steals focus, meaning that I have to click back onto firefox to make it the active window again
