Please use the following format for your thread topic:
[Ext] <Extension> <Version> <Comment (optional)>
[Theme] <Theme> <Version> <Comment (optional)>

Examples:
[Ext] Console² 0.3.5 [May 05]
[Ext] NoScript 1.1.4.1, cleanup release
[Theme] Phoenity Modern 0.6.06.05.27

When you release a major update or when the discussion becomes too long, you can make a new thread and request the old thread be locked, or you can request that the current thread be split. (Make requests in the Moderation Requests thread in Mozillazine Discussion).
