I Have traced the following error message in the latest Firefox 2.0a3 Branch 6-24-06 Branch Release
down to the latest Release of Mr Tech's Local Install version 5.1.
Error Message:

If You disable the extension, this error message no longer appears.

Mr Tech is working on a fix and a new release of Mr Tech Local Install, but thanks for the fix info, I'll just wait for Mr Tech to put out the fixed version as I have messed with these fixes before and if you don't get it right, sometimes it wrecks your profile in my experience, Once it tried to do this and I could not uninstall the 'Fixed' version of an extension I was working on and had to start over with a new profile which was a pain...
