Firefox, Thunderbird, extension, theme notification news

Is there a mailing list or newsletter I can sign up for that sends me an email every time there is a new build of Firefox/Thunderbird, a new theme/extension, or a new version of a theme/extension? This would probably be a daily email, since there are new additions daily. If so, where is it? I'd like to sign up IMMEDIATELY!

1) For addons you already use:

In Firefox menus, Tools->Options...->Advance->Update ,
Tools->Extensions->Find Updates ,
Tools->Themes->Find Updates,
Help->Check for Updates...
or
use the Update Notifier extension.


2) For discovering new addons:
