FF - Rearranging the Toolbar

Is there a more intuitive way to rearrange the toolbar in FF. I have abused MS for many things but have never condemned them on their UI intuitiveness (ie. IE toolbar management seems straightforward). Is there an extension for the latest FF browser to upgrade its toolbar management, from moving the entire toolbar around, changing the icons of items/folders?
