Yeah I'm getting the same error as you sasquatch in the nightlies.
I just was checking other extensions that I might find some use for and noticed this one.
http://dmextension.mozdev.org/ called Download Manager Tweaker 5.0 which is a nice looking addition to the DM in FireFox.
Even though I use DownloadWith for external use.
But there are a number of changes to FireFox since DMT was released and now the Extension doesn't work.
The bugs that I see are these ...
When I open the Download Manager the List is blank and it shows this error:
The other Error I see is when I open the Extension's Options:
And yes I made sure the arrows are pointing at the same part. It also seems to be that both errors are similar in what is causing the breaking. I just don't have any exprience yet in XUL, FF, or Extension making so I can't help much other than test these extensions and find bugs.

I'm sorry I think this is a great idea for an extension if you don't like the default download manager, but I would like to give my opinion that I would hope the developers do not make this the default download manager as I think it is better. Certainly the default download manager could be improved, and I hope the developers work to make it the best possible, but this download manager shown in the theme isn't better than default how it is now from what ive seen.

The Download Manager Tweak 0.5 has small UI-quirk compared to the 0.4 version. I am using the Qute-Theme with FF 0.9.3
Download Manager Tweak 0.4
Download Manager Tweak 0.5
Download Manager Tweak 0.4
Download Manager Tweak 0.5

I'm another user getting this error. I'm using the following optimised build downloaded last night.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040804 Firefox/0.9.1+ (MOOX-AV)
Never had a problem with this extension in 0.8, even got rid of my regular download manager as it worked so well, so if someone knows how to fix this l'd be most grateful. Oh, and l'm no techie so keep any answers simple if you can.

Haha,
I went through some of those extensions and found one that satisfies my request. Here is a link to to homepage of the guy that made it. I downloaded and installed it, its freaking great.
Still waiting for resume though.

Have fun. Try it and let me know what you think.
I tried the link to get the .jar file, but I kept getting a 404 error...file not found.
