I have a Mac Leopard 10.5.8

Can you reproduce this bug on new profile?
Additionally you can try test version, which provide some debug messages in Error Console (doesn't fix anything, but should help understand reasons).

Strange. I don't know about Mac, but here is similar instructions: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles#os=mac&browser=fx5 (and Firefox should be closed).

However there is another way - you can make backup of your profile directory and then empty them to get clean profile.

And look for errors and warnings with "chrome://rightlinks/ ..." links or messages "[Right Links]: ..." (especially after right-clicks).

Error Console showed no warning/error regarding RightLinks .

The whole profile thing is over my head. sorry

Very strange, seems like all works fine: Right Links prevents "contextmenu" event and this should prevents menu showing too.
May be you use some context menu extension, who shows menu without events creation.

I think, reason is RightToClick 2.8.7.
And this bug don't appears in Windows.

Why did Right Links copy InstaClick? The first release of Right Links was 2008-11-22 (see https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... /versions/). The first release of InstaClick was 2008-03-12. That's more than 8 months earlier.

InstaClick is faster, smaller and leaner. I don't get it.

I like Right Links, and I have a question. In Firefox 6, Win 7 64-bit, when I right-click on a link it always opens as a background tab. How can I make the default to open in a foreground tab (switch focus to the new tab)? I have the correct setting in Options > Tabs, that is not the problem.

See context menu of any Right Links item (item in Tools menu, icon in status/add-on bar or toolbar button).

hey dude, i'd love to get your add-on working on my computer. But it just doesn't work, it doesnt do anything

i tried the debug thing, it did nothing.
