I'm not sure... looks like all works fine for me with Right Links WE 0.5b9 in Firefox 80.0b7/b8 (32-bit).

sometimes need to uninstall and reinstall for make it work again

Modern WebExtensions API doesn't provide access to browser's pages and to browser itself.
So, this is limitation of all modern extensions.

Only possible to enable on some restricted pages like addons.mozilla.org, in about:config:
privacy.resistFingerprinting.block_mozAddonManager = true
extensions.webextensions.restrictedDomains = "" (empty string, or remove some domains from list)
