I can't log in:

AADSTS50020: User account '[EMAIL_ADDRESS]' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '497effe9-df71-4043-a8bb-14cf78c4b63b'(Exchange Admin Center) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

... because I don't have account there. I mean, I had before (normal Live ID account) but right now MS switched to some external B2C service...

It's hard to say what is not working without access. So, try latest standard and try different UA. And make sure all cookies are accepted because MS is using more than one (microsoft.com) domain.
