UI Bug, is it allready in bugzilla?

When Netscape 7 was released it came with an ugly UI bug. I downloaded a nightly to see if it is still there and it is. Now I would like to know if someone noticed it too or has allready filed a bug about it.

Currently, the surounding border around the URL Box is too close to the "personal toolbar", it's not centered anymore. That was not the case with NS6. I made so screenshots so you can see better what I mean:

I couldn't find this bug in Bugzilla so I just filed it. Also, ever since the URL box has been wrong, also the window borders of the windows in address book and mail news have been wrong. They are now lacking the lowered 3D look. I also filed a bug for that.
