Bug 159450

I was looking at the open bugs in the 1.2 meta bug and came across this one http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159450. It tells me access denied, which seems odd... for an open source project. There's no mention of why this bug is blocked, can anyone shed some insight?

A good starting point for you to read would be this document, but there are also a couple of other reasons why a bug isn't open, for example when it contains personal data of the person who filed it (accidentally or intended).
