SeaMonkey 2.53.1 and 2.53.3 (Build identifier: 20200322130007).
When user will save message as EML file and then will open it in "Mail & Newsgroups" module then Print and Print Preview functions will not work. But it works when opened in Browser.
Print and Print Preview works for normal messages (created and/or received).

This is an old bug already in 2.49.5 and previous. Unfortunately like "edit as new" not an easy fixer. Will be taken care of with our upcoming de-rdf work.
