These menue entries are grayed out, to show that they are not available.
This is normal behaviour of a lot of menues in win98, why not in mozilla?
I guess, that the composer component is used, since it supports useful features regarding sourcecode, so the developers don´t have to duplicate the print/view/save-functionality.
Maybe, sometime the full compose functionality will be integrated.
