Catzilla Version 0.9.93 does not work with latest SM 2.53 ✅

Steps how to reproduce with installation of unofficial (by wg9s) en-US SeaMonkey 2.53 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Build 20190211152201 (Default Classic Theme, German Language Pack active) on German WIN7 64bit

1. Launch SeaMonkey (with normal user profile and installed and active German language kit from <https://seamonkeyde.wordpress.com/2019/ ... nkey-2-53/>
2. Launch Chatzilla by click on icon in status bar
Expected: my <irc://freenode/> and <irc://moznet/> work fine
Actual: “Error creating socket.”

Additional information:
a) ChatZilla 0.9.93 (still?) worked fine with unzipped installer of unofficial (by wg9s) en-US SeaMonkey 2.53 (NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Build 20190122130014 (Default Classic Theme, German Language Pack active) on German WIN7 64bit.
b) Seems to be user profile related. Using a seldom used test profile Chatzilla works fine
c) Disabling all addons except Chatzilla does not help.

Any ideas how to find the reason for the problem?
