Well, no. Lots of things needed to be changed under the hood to make tabs scrollable and we can't just flip a switch. Perhaps you could explain the main problems you have with scrollable tabs? Given that we are approaching the end run for SeaMonkey 2.1. I can't promise anything.

My main problem with them is that it changes entirely the way I use my browser, and not it a way that improves my experience, just the opposite. They end up causing me to waste time scrolling for disappeared tabs. I see absolutely no redeeming features in this new "feature".
I don't like it, I don't want it and I won't use it. I cannot even see why such a thing was implemented. Worst decision ever (imho, of course.) And to implement such a thing without an option to switch it of....my God, what were you thinking...???
