Setting default spelling language SeaMonkey 2.8 Beta 4

I have 2 languages set up for spell checking items, like new messages in my Yahoo! account, or composing this message.

But I can't figure out how to set one of them as my default language. I have a US and a British Dictionary set up and want to use the British one as my default.

Can anyone help me? I have looked at all the obvious options in the menu from File to Help; I've searched the Help file and I can't find this simple answer.
