Anyone know why this has been in "RC" status for over 2 weeks?

Technical issues with the hardware and build config system.

From Bug 906976 Comment 11:

We are still on the *old* csets for beta1, we'll be spinning a beta2 very shortly after this release that encompasses all the other csets... so bear this in mind for changes list.

For those still following the SM 2.21 BETA 1 saga :), it has in fact been moved to "release" status today - but do note the statement from Callek that there will be a B2 "very shortly".

Well, it says "TODO" thus nobody got around yet to collect the bugs and list them.

Hm, does that mean the bugs are still in the 2.21 release?

:?: Look at http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.21/changes to see which bugs have been identified to be fixed. There is a difference between bugs having been fixed and bugs being listed as fixed on the web site. ;-)
