2.33b1 crash for InterlockedCompareExchange64

Post by Diamanti »

I tryed to install SeaMonkey 2.33b1 but get a error:
Can not find the entry point InterlockedCompareExchange64 the procedure in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
Do it is a bug?

Where did you get SeaMonkey from?
Is it a 64-bit version?
If so, wouldn't think it would fly on XP (32-bit presumably).

There is a reference to InterlockedCompareExchange64 in xul.dll.
All other dll's reference InterlockedCompareExchange (without the 64).

In any case, the 32-bit version of SeaMonkey 2.33b1 "installed" (manually extracted) & "works" (perhaps no so well) for me (Win7 x64)
Fire 750, bring back 250.

Win XP (32)
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/2.33b1/win32/en-US
seamonkey-2.33b1.zip
SeaMonkey Setup 2.33b1.exe

The same error.
