2.35 Changes in Release Notes?

I just upgraded to 2.35 and read the Seamonkey Release Notes that opened when the browser was re-started, but could not find the usual list of changes, or any link on the page to a list of changes in this version.

If a list of changes is available somwhere else, a link to it on the Release Notes page, at least, would be helpful. Thanks!
