Pop up Manager
Its gone, wasnt it going to be replaced by a Managar like Phoenix?

Pop-up Manager will be back
It has been taken out of the builds because it caused too many bugs too close to the 1.2 final branching. It will be reactivated during the 1.3 cycle, as I understand it.
