Tabs question

I'm using the Mozilla 11/06 build, but last night I downloaded the new Phoenix 11/07 build, and I was very pleased with it because they finally fixed a problem that was bothering me a lot, the tabs problem, now in the new Phoenix build, the tabs work perfectly, just like in Mozilla 1.1, so my question is, since Phoenix uses that latest 1.2b code, is the tabs problem in 1.2b fixed in the new nightlies?

Can you be a bit more specific? Which tab problem?

Here's a few examples that were posted on the old forums...

It seems that "close other tabs" is closing only the tabs at the right .
When I tried it at the rightmost tab, that tab only closed
When i do it on the first tab, all other tabs are closed, correctly.

simple test: 5 tabs open, reading the 5th.
mouse over 4th and clicking "close other tabs" correctly closes the first three tabs ,
but only greys the currently viewed 5th tab, no content viewable.
Selecting the other tab and then this tab again, it´s viewable.

These problems are not present in Mozilla 1.1 but they were present in Phoenix 0.4 but have been fixed in the 11/07 Phoenix nightly.
