This is already a few builds old, but it deserves to be mentionned.
<a href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102905">Bug 102905</a> "Site navigation (links) toolbar doesn't update when tabs are switched" is fixed.
The site navigation toolbar now updates correctly even with several tabs ...

Unfortunately, there is a performance hit, at least on the Nov 11 build on OS X, when switching tabs that use the toolbar.
