Broken: form textboxes lose data on reload/back

Note: This report is a bit tardy - I only noticed it "accidentally" this morning. (Although I have been observing, and been annoyed by, this for the past couple of days.) In addition to my daily search for Fixed and New bugs I will now also run a Bugzilla query for any bug that has had had the "regression" keyword added. (I don't always check New bugs daily, like on weekends, but I always backdate my Fixed searches from the last time I checked - so backdating "Regression" searches should pick these up.)
