Upload your image jpg/gif whatever to https://imgur.com/upload. After you upload on imgur click the down arrow next to copy and click on "get shared links" use bbcode forum code and paste it here.

Once the image is uploaded hover cursor over it, options will pop up like so:

Actually banned for very good reasons from multiple forums. Trying to circumvent a ban here results in an automatic life ban
