Flashblock Plus not working in FF60.0
I recently discovered that Flashblock Plus is not working at all in FF 60.0. I'm being deluged by intrusive, noisy videos that I don't want to see. What should I do?

Have you confirmed that those videos are driven by Flash player? Some sites have moved to HTML5 or other technologies to provide videos as Flash is being phased out. What's a specific URL where this is happening?
Moving to Firefox Support.

Has not been updated in over a year, so it likely died when Firefox 56 and later came out...(or was it 58 and later) ....

Flash is being phased out of Firefox for good reasons, uses lots of energy and is a security risk, make sure you have flash click to activate.

Appears to work here, http://www.gazeta.pl/0,0.html.
I'd remove that extension. Period.
Oh, oh, oh, I'd be careful with that one.by AdblockLite

Setting the Flash plugin to 'Ask to Activate' would be a very good start. It's under Addons > Plugins.pwabrahams wrote: What should I do?

Flash is not built in Firefox however yes the NPAPI Flash Plugin will be still used under increasing restrictions over time. https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Plugins/Roadmaptomatoshadow2 wrote:Flash is being phased out of Firefox for good reasons, uses lots of energy and is a security risk, make sure you have flash click to activate.

Yes, thanks for pointing that out, should of said the plugin itself is being phased out, to avoid confusion.James wrote:Flash is not built in Firefox however yes the NPAPI Flash Plugin will be still used under increasing restrictions over time. https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Plugins/Roadmaptomatoshadow2 wrote:Flash is being phased out of Firefox for good reasons, uses lots of energy and is a security risk, make sure you have flash click to activate.
