ssl issue?

I was curious if anyone else had experienced this problem.

I go to a site and click on a secured link (such as online banking). A popup message comes up giving the standard message (you are entering a secure location..blah blah). Thing is, the checkbox isn't checked (you know, the one that says 'Alert me whenever I enter a secure location'). It gives me the same thing when I'm leaving the site. Tried checkin it then uncheckin it next time I went secure and that didn't work either.

Has this been seen already?
