Re-importing Favorites

I had to do a re-install and Phoenix grabbed my new Favorites for the automatic import. I hadn't had a chance to put my backed up IE Favorites into Explorer yet. What do I have to delete to get it to import the Bookmarks again. I remember seeing this in the forum before, but couldn't find it with a search.
