www.mozilla.org: IE=2.113 / FF=0.942

Well designed pages load much faster in FF. It all depends on what kind of page you
measure and which parts of the rendering code is called in the various browsers.
So these kind of tests are very unreliable and can never be used to draw immediate
conclusions.

well, Firefox renders them significantly faster than IE. Not for loading speed, if there is any.

I've tried it on a number of sites and IE is faster when Firefox has a couple of extensions loaded, but with no extensions FIrefox is by far faster. I have adblock, all in one gestures and single window extensions loaded, when I disable all of these Firefox is very fast especially on graphic intensive sites.

Since in this thread Mozilla was mentioned only once, but Firefox almost all of the time, I'm moving this to Firefox General.
