Same here. I got in a touch with product manager in Mozilla, and she said that Grace (who sent me mail for address information) is in Australia, so she will resend t-shirts that haven't been sent yet or got an invalid addresses.
And she will do that this week, when she gets back.

Btw. how I've heard, they had issues with MS Excel, so that's why some of us didn't get shirt.

Same here. The package wasn't sealed however so I don't know if anything other than the shirt was in there.
