CSS Scrollbars

Will Mozilla or Phoenix ever have the ability to use CSS to alter the scrollbar colouring - like in IE ?

Since the scrollbar-* properties are not part of any official standard, it's not very likely.

And I think it is good.

I don't like webpage to modify my scrollbar appearance, since it is the UI part and not the web page. Web page should stay in their own frame !

Well, you can still write an extension... Feel free.
