Command Line Option to Open a New Window

Hi. I've just recently started using Phoenix and I must say, it's rocking so far. The only thing I'm wondering is if there is a command line option or one in the works that allows for a new window to be opened up? I use GkrellmLauncher to start my galeon windows and in many different desktops. I was previously using Galeon which has the -w CLI option to open a new browser window. I would like to do that same w/ phoenix. Any thoughts?
