I am a web developer, so I've pretty much run the gamut with browsers. Phoenix kicks ass. Especially the 0.5 release. I was using Mozilla, and IE6 before that. Mozilla has some strange quirks that bug the hell out of me. For example, when I open a new window or tab the fields on forms will be disabled or unusable. IE, although, seemingly quicker than Mozilla in terms of rendering on a Windows box, is far too flawed in respect to security. I have found 0.5 release of Phoenix to be fast, and reliable even in these betas. I commend all those involved and hope that Phoenix reaches the masses.

Yup , i for one am waiting to see how bare-metal they can get the thing.
And wether it might be sensible for me to ship phoenix sometime in the future
as 'minimum required install' for an XUL based intranet app i am pondering on writing.
There must be a way to insidiously get this on as many desktops as possible. *G*
I don't want to have to force clients to install all of mozilla. *shakes head*
