I cannot find Add-on Debugger in Addons

I have followed https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add ... n_Debugger tutorial. I have activated the chrome & remote settings in Development tools but the addon is not listed in my addons list. I tried this both on FF32 and FF47 also with restarting and also with new FF profile. Can you tell me what I need to do to display the addon in the list of addons? I think I cannot use it until I activate it or is this changed in new versions of FF (maybe it is activated and not listed)?

I can debug the Adblock Plus extension using the about:debugging page.
