This has been going on for a year now. It is likely due to some ads on a page that targets some Windows users using Firefox (and not on Mac OSX or Linux) in trying to find gullible people into downloading this fake file and running it before scanning it. The scammers behind this initially served a .exe file but even after new .exe's were used they kept getting flagged or blocked in different ways so the scammers switched to the .js file. The sites are disposable so they are only up for a day or so.

Many seem to get this while viewing Yahoo pages and this can be blocked by ad blockers like Ublock.

Google Chrome users on Windows have been getting a more plain version of this fake update pages for just as long.

Mods, no need to kill the link since only the person who originally gets it could view it. It is not a risk.
