Why do you think the bookmark list is contained in the mail?

Hi Trolly

When you download or open the attachment, it opens via browser, then you click on favourites star, a partial list of my favourites book marks is listed, it's like the first 100 or so.

It should be this way even when you have just started firefox.
Bookmarks are part of your browser not of any file or site.
