I am verry unhappy ... vers 57 destroy the saved sessions of session manager and is not able to restore the last session.
The developpers of FF are more and more stupid smartphone caressers and gamers .. they destroy with new versions the user datas.

Re: WARNING FF 57 destroys session manager settings
All session manager data including saved sessions should be left intact in your profile folder so you have two options:
1. Install Firefox ESR (do not do it yourself, ask someone to help you), install Session Manager and get access to your data
2. Install MySessions addon in Firefox 57 that allows to import Session Manager data
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... -sessions/
But I didn't try this addon myself.

Sorry for my poor English.

Re: WARNING FF 57 destroys session manager settings
firefox 57 destroy nothing - but is no longer compatible because legacy extensions wont work any longer. if you step back to 52esr you will see that nothing is lost.
according to my posting about "myessions" - yes it can import such sessions files - no, it wont retain its own settings. half backed.
(i consider it as a chrome conversion because those dont work at all)
