If you mean a full theme rather than what were called Persona, then no. That's not possible in version 57.

It's a "light weight theme" that really isn't a theme. It may just color the header bar and not change the rest of the user interface, the toolbar buttons, main background color, etc.

All that's left of "themes" for Firefox, what Dan has called Personas and Mozilla was calling "lightweight themes":
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/

"Complete themes" that styled the buttons and tabs and everything else no longer work in Fx57 and beyond.

Some of the "lightweight themes" introduce color to the tab text and buttons.

How to find item ids and attributes?

Enable once:

2. Tools > WebDeveloper > Toggle Tools > Toolbox Options > Enable remote debugging

Hit Ctrl+Alt+Shift+I or open 'Tools > WebDeveloper > Browser Toolbox'.

Inspect ui or web content.

Click on 'disable popup auto hide' button (= button with four squares) on developer toolbars end.
