Unless you are the gimp from Pulp Fiction then it's 'kinda hard' to figure out why you would want to use an extension that 'kind of' creeps you out.

As for what it does, I'm guessing it uses the permissions to enable it to restart the browser.

You need to pay $3 to download the "Auxiliary application" to use the extension.

Is the executable malware? No idea... (buyer beware)

Moveable Restart Button, only thing I found to work.
